Escambia County Administrator speaks to Business Net Link

Our quarterly featured presentation was by Mr. Charles "Randy" Oliver who has just taken over the reigns in the past six months as the Escambia County Administrator. He gave a well received speech that hit on innovative new ideas, changes that have been made, those in process and some looking to the future that will make county government more efficient. Then he answered some questions.

We had an exceptional turnout and everybody seemed to have enjoyed the opportunity to hear first hand from Mr. Oliver.

Here it is! Enjoy!

Escambia County Administrator to speak to Business Group.

The new Escambia County Administrator Charles "Randy" Oliver will address the Business Net Links group on February 24th. The man in charge of the county's nearly $300 million budget is an important figure. His role as Administrator began in November of last year after an extensive interview and being chosen by the County Council. He has already made some dramatic changes to streamline the county's business and has some more ideas headed into the future to encourage business within the county. Every business person in the county will be interested in those.

He has quite a resume as well and more than a few experiences to share. He is pretty good at answering questions too. Please join us Thursday February 24th... 7:30 am at Cordova Lanes on Airport Road.
